ENHANCING HUMAN PERFORMANCE:
SOFT, WEARABLE ROBOTS
Professor Conor Walsh, November 3, 5-6pm

Professor Conor Walsh is the founder of the Harvard Biodesign Lab, and will talk about innovations in soft robotics, soft exosuits and smart medical devices. He will discuss what it takes to transition these technologies to the real world. These robots will augment the capabilities of healthy individuals (e.g. improved walking efficiency) in addition to assisting those with muscle weakness or patients who suffer from physical or neurological disorders.
